NIS America kabarnya siap merilis Metal Max Xeno berbahasa Inggris untuk platform PlayStation 4 di wilayah Amerika Utara dan Eropa musim gugur tahun 2018 ini dengan patokan harga $39.99. Sebuah edisi terbatas juga akan diluncurkan seharga $59.99 sudah termasuk game, Iron Base pin, Original Soundtrack, Official Art Book dan Collector’s Box. Edisi terbatas tersebut dapat di pesan melalui NIS America Online Store.
Selain itu, Metal Max Xeno siap diluncurkan untuk platform PlayStation 4 dan PS Vita tanggal 19 April 2018 khusus wilayah Jepang.
